JIMA Marketplace Seller Terms
These terms apply to sellers using the JIMA marketplace.
Seller is the merchant of record
For every marketplace sale, you—the seller—are the merchant of record.
JIMA marketplace fees
JIMA deducts a marketplace fee from the gross sale price according to the table below. Square processing fees are separate and are charged under your Square plan.

| $100,000 and above | 2% |
Form 1099-K reporting
Your Form 1099-K reports the gross sale amount, including JIMA’s marketplace fee. Deduct JIMA’s fee as a business expense when preparing your taxes.
Dispute suspension policy
JIMA suspends marketplace selling when a seller’s disputed gross volume exceeds 1% of gross sales volume.
Payments of $10,000 or more
Sales of $10,000 or more require ACH. Card payment is not offered at or above this amount.
No installments
Installment payments are not offered.
